It’s where the Hoskins family perfected a signature sauce recipe, passing it down through generations until it landed in the hands of our pitmaster, Mark.

Mark started Hot Hoskins to recreate that exact feeling right here in Oceanside: bringing people together over real-deal, wood-smoked BBQ. What began as a hobby and a run on the KCBS competition circuit quickly grew into popping up at our favorite local breweries.

The long game? A brick-and-mortar spot where friends, family, and neighbors can kick back over a humble plate of world-class barbecue. Until then, catch us at the pit.
